Brighton Pride ’26 is Dan Flores’ exuberant take on one of Brighton’s biggest celebrations, cramming the energy, characters and glorious chaos of Pride into an intricately drawn crowd scene.

Inspired by Brighton Pride 2026, the drawing mixes real observations with Dan’s imagination and sense of humour. Look closely and the details keep coming: Diana Ross losing her ice cream to a Brighton seagull, UFOs hovering overhead, and the guitar-playing dolphins captured in one of Serg’s photographs elsewhere in the PERSONAE exhibition, alongside a huge cast of revellers, performers and wonderfully eccentric characters.

Part celebration, part visual storytelling, the work captures the freedom, individuality and playful spirit of Brighton Pride - with plenty of hidden details to discover along the way.
